Modelling Kallmann’s syndrome in the zebrafish

Kallmann’s syndrome (KS) is proposed to result from disrupted migration of both olfactory sensory axons and hypothalamic gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH1) neurons during embryogenesis.
